I Booked this Hotel Through Easytobook.com We made our reservation and were told we would pay 400 Euros in cash when we arrived (about £280) for a 4 night stay.
Initially we couldnt find the B&B as it is not signposted or easily visible from the Street. The building is actually an apartment block located next door to a shop with a big "Spose" sign. If you read the Intercom you will see "Momi B&B" on there. When you make your booking you will receive an e-mail from allesandro asking you what time you will arrive so he can meet you there. You will need to use the intercom when you arrive.
The place is very well located, a 5min walk from Vittorio Emanuelle Metro station and a 5 min walk either way to a choice of two tram stops.. From these stops you can easily get to Termini or St Peters. However Termini station is a simple 15min walk and the colloseum is also about 25min walk away.
When we got to the B&B Allesandro gave us a map of the city which was actually the best map we found in Rome, however be weary as none of the maps in Rome show every street as there is so many little side streets so its not always easy to realsie where you are but just head for a tourist site and you'l easily find your way home.
The Room was fairly spacious with ensuite bathroom. Our room was a twin room with a TV and table and chairs. There was also a wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom was quite small and consisted of a bidet, toilet, sink and shower.
Breakfast in the morning was basic, just croissants, toast, coffee and juice but did enough to get you going for the day.
We had an amazing time in Rome on our 2nd visit and would definitely recommend this B&B for a cheap decent stay in a central position is this beautiful city.
One Thing i must mention is that they do NOT supply towels so make sure you bring your own!
