I'm italian, so I didn't have any problem with the staff, no misunderstandings, no language troubles, but:
apart from being a brand new and extra-clean building, this hotel has to be avoided from the very start.
I just needed a place to sleep during my stay for work reasons ( 5 working days in the near "Nuova Fiera di Roma") and I thought it would be perfect as it claimed to be "near the train station" on the line that links Rome airport to the city.
It's near indeed, but if you have to walk to the station, maybe bringing some luggage with you, it's a chess game with death.
The distance of about 1 Km is covered by a really busy and fast road, full of speeding lorries, coaches, tractors, you name it. The road has very little or no room at all for pedestrians (it wasn't meant to be a road to walk along) and it's full of dirt. Don't even think about walking on it in the night (no lighs) or in rain (mud everywhere).
At last, if you're lucky enough to reach the station, you'll find it crowded with beggars and gypsies who are living in a camp nearby.
Back to the hotel, service is average and food is less than average. What's worst, there's *nothing* around at walking distance, just a cafè and a small discount supermarket.
If you don't have a car stay away from this hotel, and if you have it, choose another one, because that dirty busy road is the only way to Rome and it's definately not a pleasure to drive on it.
