In my 55 years of age, this has been the most irritating hotel experience I have ever had.

Don't believe the map they have on their website. It shows the hotel just across from Muratella train station, maybe only five minutes far by walking. Well, it took us more than one hour to walk with luggage from the station to the hotel, and what an unpleasant walk!

The road has no street light and no pedestrian sidewalk. So it is extremely dangerous as we had to share the dark and narrow road with fast driving cars and buses and trucks.

We were wondering, why there isn't even some signage to tell us how far the hotel is?!!!

Even when the hotel sign on top of a building came to sight, we were still far from relief. The next challenge was to find the entrance which is well hidden on a back street. Again, no signage to easily lead us there, and we had to find the gate to this jem by several times walking around the block and asking from a passer by.

We stayed only one night in there, and we paid for it the next day when we were checking out. But a month later, I learned from my Credit Card statement that they have charged me for 6 more nights!!! When I called they told me that I had made a reservation for 7 nights and that reservation could not have been cancelled. But the manager on the phone couldn't explain why they haven't told me this at the check-out time...why they did't get my signed authorization for the extra charge at that time...and why the receptionist explicitly confirmed that the reservation had been cancelled!!!

We stayed for just one night and I can say this.
It is cheep for a reason. The AC diden't work, so we had to sleep whit the window open, and justoutside there is a train that goes once a houre and makes a lot off nice and you have the higway and on top off that a farm has some chikkens that woke us up at 0400 in the moring.
The rom was brand new and the hole place lookt all brand new and nice, but it is very unpersonal in the way the decorte the room.
There is a local buss stop just outside and a pizza and a shoping place pretty close by, But the place is cheep it is very cheep so if you like a noice hotell close to the city it is ok, we took a cab from downtown rome to the hotel and paid only 20 Euro, pretty cheep but keep in mind to show the hole adress since there are two off them and the other one is far from the airport and such.
I would not stay there again, we placed oure bags there and when we got back one bag was gone...................

We stayed our first night in Rome in this hotel because of a late flight and reasonable price (double room 70 eur including the breakfast).
Taxi from Fiumicino airport takes only 10 minute and cost 30 eur.

The hotel is quite new and very clean. The location is in the middle of nowhere but if you know that it is not a big problem.
It is very good hotel for passage travellers.

The buffet breakfast was unexpected good.

Taxi to the town centre cost 40 eur and takes about one our.

I'm italian, so I didn't have any problem with the staff, no misunderstandings, no language troubles, but:
apart from being a brand new and extra-clean building, this hotel has to be avoided from the very start.
I just needed a place to sleep during my stay for work reasons ( 5 working days in the near "Nuova Fiera di Roma") and I thought it would be perfect as it claimed to be "near the train station" on the line that links Rome airport to the city.
It's near indeed, but if you have to walk to the station, maybe bringing some luggage with you, it's a chess game with death.
The distance of about 1 Km is covered by a really busy and fast road, full of speeding lorries, coaches, tractors, you name it. The road has very little or no room at all for pedestrians (it wasn't meant to be a road to walk along) and it's full of dirt. Don't even think about walking on it in the night (no lighs) or in rain (mud everywhere).
At last, if you're lucky enough to reach the station, you'll find it crowded with beggars and gypsies who are living in a camp nearby.
Back to the hotel, service is average and food is less than average. What's worst, there's *nothing* around at walking distance, just a cafè and a small discount supermarket.
If you don't have a car stay away from this hotel, and if you have it, choose another one, because that dirty busy road is the only way to Rome and it's definately not a pleasure to drive on it.
