The Milton Roma provides a comfortable and convenient base when visiting Rome. Located in the eastern portion of the usual tourist area, it is across the street from a metro stop and only two stops from the termini where buses to all points can be boarded. An added plus is, when boarding a bus at the termini, you are at the initial stop and are very likely to get a seat. The basic room is clean, comfortable and well insulted from noise from adjacent rooms. As for street noise, you are in a large city.

The hotel has an excellent full buffet breakfast which makes anything more than a light snack for lunch unnecessary. The hotel staff is excellent and can suggest restaurants, tours, etc. and make the required reservations.

Very good hotel at a convenient location (2 metro stations from Termini station, Manzoni metro station in front of the hotel, and 15-minute walk to the Coliseum). Rome hotels are overpriced, so even when this hotel was not cheap, it was very good in comparison to others. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The Hotel Milton is in a great location, right across the street from the Manzoni metro station and is a good value for the money. It had a pretty good breakfast with lots of choices, and the rooms are spacious and clean. My only criticism was the night manager who was completely unhelpful. Couldn't get a blanket when the weather turned cold and he brushed off another guest who had a simple request for ice.

All in all, I would recommend the Hotel Milton and would stay there again.

This hotel was good and clean. Reception staff were really helpful and brekky was good. It is right on the metro (manzoni) stop and takes 10 mins on metro to get into city centre. 15 min bus to Trastervere. I would recommend unless you want to be in the heart of it although we never found it a problem being out of the city and you get more for your money!
