Arrived with parents in tow and luckily checked in before a 60 seater coach of impatient Americans.
The hotel reception run by two friendly girls was under severe pressure trying to book lots of guests in and simultaneously answer the continual ringing phones. (More staff needed at reception).

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Satellite TV was disappointing if you are English!

Evening meal choice at the bar or restaurant, we chose the bar which again was understaffed. The single barman/waiter got most of the order correct but did not charge for the wrong items.

Good nights sleep.

Breakfast was either 4 Euros for a croissant and coffee or 12 Euros for fruit and rolls and similar, boiled egg and the like.

We paid the 12 Euros and again I was not impressed! The staff were surly and not particularly interested. (Do these people choose hotel work? Perhaps it is the only work they can find. We are spoiled in the U.K by Eastern Europeans who seem genuinely interested.
Put off the rolls by the cockroach I spotted climbing out of the bread basket, wife's scrambled eggs were cold- staff indifferent!

This was a disappointed experience and I would not recommend this so-called "4 star" hotel to others. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. My basin in my bathroom was broken but I have called the reception for the night and no one attended to fix the problem. The receptionists were quite rude too !!!

The worst located hotel I have ever stayed in, it nearly ruined my holiday. I used taxi's for the first two days however they are expensive, aprox £18 to to town and further £18 back. In the end we bought a weekly metro / bus ticket allowing us to hop on hop off all public transport.

The hotel itself is nice with internet access and is also modern, hotel staff all speak good clear english, they must have taken notice of some of the reviews.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... only plus point modern decor and free internet...

Hotel is good value overall but calling itself 4 star may be a little on the generous side. The main problem with the hotel is its location. It is a half hour coach ride to the city centre and is in the middle of an industrial area although there is a restaurant and a large Carrefour supermarket nearby.
The hotel has a coach service to Rome 3 times betweeen 8am and noon and returning at either 7.30 or 10 at night. This was not a problem for us as we were worn out walking around Rome during the day and enjoyed the food in the restaurant. However it would have been better to be able to pop out to restaurant in Rome.
To anyone visiting Rome I would highly recommend romelimousines.com they drive you from airport to any hotel in town in a Merc for a flat rate of 40 euros. A couple staying at this hotel would pay a total of 48 euros for the train plus a taxi to the hotel.
I can't complain about the hotel itself in anyway everyone was very helpful and pleasant particularly Stage on the front desk. Also although we can't vouch for what happens after 8pm we never saw any sign of any red light activity in the area.
