The Diocleziano is conveniently located near the Termini train bus and metro station so it makes going anywhere a breeze. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome. The staff all spoke English and were professional. They have nice perks like a heated towel rack and heated floors in the bathrooms. The free internet, sauna and gym are also really nice. The area surrounding it was fine.

We stayed for 3 nights, from the 25th of October untill the 28th of October. We had great weather which made our stay in Rome even greater!
First of all, I had to say that I chose this hotel according to what other travellers had written about it, the rank it got in Tripadvisor, and the proximity to stazione termini (we had to live early in the morning on the 28th).

The front desk was very informative (especially Anna, and a guy that had a very warming smile but cannot remember his name), and very helpful.

The breakfast was adequate, and the service was quite fast I could say. Although they could improve a little bit.

The rooms were 15 sq.m. but you could move easily (although the bathroom was small)

The overall experience was interesting, and I could recommend it to anybody that would travel for a short period of time in Rome!

Walked from the train station to this lovely hotel with luggage in tow. We arrived early but they had a room ready allowed us to check in. We were given a large room on the first floor. No view from the window was it's only negative. Very clean and well appointed. Free juice, pop and water in the mini bar. Free wi fi as well.
Front desk staff were extremely helpful - printing out our boarding passes and helping us place international calls.
We stayed one night after a cruise and were thrilled to end our vacation in such a nice and friendly place.

just returned from Italy with rome being the final destination. This hotel was excellent and everything that had been previoulsy written was true. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you, free internet and PC's, gym, sauna and soft drinks replaced in your mini bar each day for free. Excellent stay and will be back here on my next trip to Rome.
