“Great place to stay ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and it was amazing.
The location is perfect (just don't try to reach it by car) you can easily reach places on foot or by subway.
Our room was incredible, the breakfast was flawless and the rooftop was lovely. I am sure I will stay there again!

We are a family of four adults and didn't want to stay in 2 standard hotel rooms. I was delighted to find this lovely apartment which is run by the hotel but is located just across the alley. I was surprised to find it so large. We had full kitchen, laundry, courtyard and a beautiful patio complete with upstairs view of the city. The breakfast was lovely and they serve a complimentary afternoon tea. We used the car service from the airport and couldn't be more pleased. Everything was as expected or better. Thank you for a lovely stay.

You are at the roman forum. Not nearby.
The hotel is a jewel. Perfect.
The staff takes every thing you wish a an order.
The terrace overlooking Piazza Venezia is incredible!.
The garden on top of the city an oasis.
What more can you expect. The breakfast is complete and if they don t have what you want you will get it next day.

Room Tip: If you can afford it ask for rooms at the top.

Great location in a very cool neighborhood (Monti, near the Roman Forum), beautiful room, romantic breakfast on the terrace, fresh tasty food and the most friendly and attentive staff. Absolutely perfect!
Take a taxi from the airport or from the train station, because the hotel is located in a small alley, and it could be tricky to find it.

We started our trip to Italy with a 3 night stay in this gem of a hotel. You are served a welcome drink while you check in and your bags are taken up to your room. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and quick to help out with any of our needs. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and we really enjoyed the terrace space as it was a peaceful start to the day. It was also a nice area to enjoy a drink and free appies in the afternoons.

The location of the hotel is ideal for hitting all the main attractions of Rome. We were able to walk to all the highlights with the exception of the Vatican City which was a 15 euro cab ride away.

If you are looking for a good location, great service and value for money this is your hotel. We would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely small hotel (part of the SLH chain) in a very quiet side street which is surprisingly close to the center of the town. The hotel is beautifully decorated with 3 small rooftop terraces, indoor lounge and most surprising -- it's own underground ruins! There was both a very good breakfast and an afternoon happy hour (with buffet - complimentary!) served in the lounge. Since it is a small hotel the happy hour was a great place to socialize. All the amenities you would expect were provided, but each room has a wonderful old world décor to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all my fellow guests commented on our luck getting such a nice hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance -- try the next small street over. Highly recommend this hotel!
