This hotel in Rome is exceptionally close to Metro, trolley lines, buses, and the Termini railroad station -- with connections to everywhere, including an express train to/from FCO airport. It's just a couple blocks to the Green Line HOHO bus (and other HOHO buses). Many sites are nearby. Although street entrance to courtyard and up a few steps to elevator is a little seedy, that doesn't detract from the overall experience very much. The hotel (one of several in an old historic building) is clean, secure, adequate for our needs just to sleep and stop between sites and RR travels/tours. The breakfast is adequate. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, and they directed us to several very good restaurants "around the corner." The WiFi in-room and in the one public area is O.K. Their website is accurate. The hotel seems to charge rates with seasonal adjustments (cheaper in winter). We two couples (two rooms) stayed here three nights in November 2013 before a cruise. To save money we would stay here again. The only downsides would be the street entrance to small courtyard (not the more spacious courtyard you can see beyond the elevator area) and the very small elevator to hotel upstairs.
