Near the backside of the Forum inside part of a Church is the location of this site. When you arrive there is a person to collect a charitable donation to the church which goes to various causes/groups. You choose how much you would like to donate.

You then go down the stairs and then there is a pay phone machine thing. You put in 1 Euro. This is well worth the Euro to listen to the information provided about the prison Peter and Paul were in. The information phone discusses how the jail had been changed/ transformed by the building that is build over it today.

When you go down it is clamy/ damp, and dark. But it is well worth having the chance to see and feel where Peter and Paul stayed.
