I had found Arco Del Lauro via trip advisor and other sites, I read all the reviews and it looks great. We booked our first night in Rome with Lorenza but there was a mix up with reservations, these mistakes happen, we totally understood. But Lorenza coudn't have been more sincere or helpful in getting us another room, she was very responsive and really was concerned about the mix up. In the end, she very graciously offered us a complimentary night on our second last night in Rome. We were very pleasantly surprised by the offer, it was very kind of her to have done that. It really made us both feel that she cared deeply about customer service.
The B&B is in a great location, close to almost all the big attractions and is very clean. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to friends and family who are going to Rome.

Due to business commitments only able to spend one night at Arco del Lauro but will certainly return in the future for leisure! Some specifics: very easy to book; Lorenza helpfully arranged a driver and car to meet us at the airport; Daniella provides a detailed map of the city at your arrival to help orient yourself; room spacious and very clean; bed comfortable with good quality linens; bathroom had a good shower and good quality towels; excellent location for exploring the beautiful neighbourhood of Trasteverre; breakfast at nearby cafe efficient and tasty. Overall, Arco del Lauro is highly recommended.

We loved staying at this beautiful little wonderful B&B!
The owner, Lorenza, and her staff were exceptional, very friendly and generous with their time to take great care of us. The location was within minutes of downtown. Very nice rooms, quiet during the night. We couldn't of asked for a more excellent location. Was perfect for our visit, I strongly recommend it!!.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Arco del Lauro 5 times in the last 4 years. If you are looking for location the Arco del Lauro is perfectly located in the area of Trastevere. This area is a real roman neighbourhood. You can walk to almost all historic attractions. Everything you could possible needs or want is available in this area. Booking is easiest done directly with the Arco del Lauro. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable with nice modern bathrooms. The free computer use in the lobby is a real bonus. Lorenza and Daniela make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. That is why I plan to return again.

The room was at the end of the hallway on the first floor. The bathroom was very nice, and the bedroom simple and very clean. Chatter in the reception area/ office was easily heard from the room, so I would not recommend the first floor to those wanting privacy and quiet. The location is good in the dynamic neighborhood of Trastavere. Daniella, the hostess was rather unfriendly and seemed bothered when I was for her help.
