We stayed for four nights to celebrate our fifth anniversity and we both thought that the hotel was great. We had a wonderful private bath, a nice big tv and a computer with internet access.

The breakfast was okey, it was served in our room and I love breakfast in bed :)

The staff was friendly and helpful, they called a taxi for us, etc.

The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! It is very close to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps, only 5-10 minutes walk. But we also walked to the Vatican, Colosseum and Trastevere.

So we think that we really got our moneys worth, since it was really reasonable prices for such a great location and nice room (and that is what you are paying for!).

  • Liked — The location and the room!
  • Disliked — The stairs up to the room.

The location of this hotel is great - right between the spanish steps and the Trevi fountain and a fairly easy trip from Termini train station. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who is unfit or has heavy bags as there are several flights of stairs to carry your luggage up and no lift. It is under construction at the moment and so the court yard was full of cement and scaffolding. Despite this there was no noise. I would stay here again based on how centrally located it was.

  • Liked — location
  • Disliked — no lift and court yard appearance

I do not recommend this Hotel if you have luggage, or want to eat their breakfast.
No matter how you count it, you go up 4 floors and walk all the way. No elevator, and no one to help you, it is a nightmare. Thank goodness our Cab driver wanted to make a little extra money and he carried our 4 suticases up the 4 flights. Going down the steps was not much better. The hotel is under construction so you have to dodge mixers, bags of cement and other construction items. it was bad but comical if you have a good sense of humor.
We tried to cancel the reservations that we had made when we got back in town, but they said you have to do it on the Internet. We tried to get into the site for cancelling but it could not be done. We even had the man at the Internet Cafe try and he couldn't do it either. No reason they could not have done it right at the Hotel.
Our breakfast was not served so we had to go out and eat.
Not a good place to stay other than the staff was friendly and the location is great.

The one and only good thing about this hotel is the location. Thats as far as I go with compliments. The major flaw with this hotel is the misleading information and services that are not provided but mentioned on their website. For example, we were lead to believe that we had a beautiul scenary but all we had were views of scaffolings and mens butt cracks as they worked. Also, we asked on three consecutives days for our bed linen to be changed and we were told that they would. Unfortunately we had to throw our sheets out on the hallway for them to be changed and yet, the manager told us that she was unhappy and disappointed with us doing so. She actually began arguing with me in which I then explained to her that I was the customer and that she needs to accomadate us. She also made it quite clear that this is not a 5 star hotel and that sheets at a 3 star hotel are changed every 5 days. So basically, stains or no stains, your stuck!! Also, the TV works every so often and the shower must be possesed because it turns extremely cold or hot whenever it feels like doing so. Oh yeah, the breakfast really sucks unless you are into hard bread! I do not recommend this hotel!!!! Oh yeah, good luck climbing the steps!!!!

We are very unhappy that we reserved this hotel for weekend. We asked for picking up servise from airport and they send for us confirmation, but nobody was waiting for us, we were waiting in airport one hour, and then take taxi ourself. Nobody informed us that building of hotel is under construction, so entrance to hotel was terrible, we couldn't normally open windows in our rooms, so we felt ourself like in dark box. Hotel, if it can be called "hotel", is realy not on second fluor, but on 4 and there is no lift. TV in our room was broken, it had no sound and nobody during 3days didn"t fix this problem. And when the last evening before leaving this terrible place we ask old man in reception why nobody fixed sound, he said "it"s not my problem"! We can"t believe in that we heard!!! So never reserve this hotel if you don't want to make your holiday terrible! !!!!
