When I first arrived, I meet the owner's mother. She just showed up next to us right after we get off the taxi. She doesn't speak english, but we could check in with no problems. The owner and his mother is very helpful and the place is better than most of our other hotels in Europe. With this price, it's a great place to stay, you will be able to run away from the crowds after the whole day of travel. Nice/great restaurant nearby. Supermarkets are right off the corner. Breakfast is good. I will recommend this place to budget traveller. I couldn't think of any drawback for this amount of money.

One suggestion, if you travel from Rome airport, don't trust the guy saying taking shuttle/taxi is better, take the train is easy, and takes a much shorter period of time.
