Ares Rooms was a good find - very central, a few minutes walk from Termini station and we were able to check in mid-morning. The room was clean and well-presented. Two criticisms though; there was no soap or hand towel in either of the two bathroom. Also, the owner/staff weren't overly friendly - when we arrived they seemed positively stressed out at dealing with several enquiries at once. They were also rather eager to relieve us of our money mid-way through our stay! I would recommend this place, but not for the service, more for the convenience and cleanliness of the room.

“Central location that's all”

The pension is well located, however there are a bit of positive and negative points :
- breakfast is not served at the pension but in a Cafe closed to the pension. The breakfast is very poor in an unpleasant cafe actually.
- room are clean, and very silent and quieted
- a nasty odour in the bathroom was really an issue
- no wireless internet connection or internet connection

All in all a bit expensive and disapointing.

The Ares Rooms are centrally located, not too far from the Termini Train Station, and between an A and a B train stop. There are stores nearby and lots of small restaurants. After finding these places for ourselves we realized that this was a good location, It would have been helpful if the staff would have told us about all the hot spots in this neighborhood.
