I booked this hotel through last minute.com and was expecting the hotel and it's rooms to be just as they were on their website. I opened the door to our quad room to find that the room was in fact NOTHING and i reall mean NOTHING like the ones i'd seen on the website, our room was covered in green formica panelling , the walls were absolutely filthy, a cabinet had been mended using big screws that were sticking out, a large peice of wood located above the bathroom window was falling off and balancing on the window itself so i could not open or close it as the wood would have fallen off completely. The walls and ceiling had several stains from leaks from above. The bidet did not work at all, the sink taps worked so slowly that if you decided to wash in the sink (which none of us chose to) you would have to wait for it to fill up. The shower had a dial missing from the centre and there was mould (quite a lot) around the bottom and most of the sealant was peeling off, odd tiles had been replaced very badly and the whole shower looked very very poor. We did not use the shower as it was so disgusting so i do not know if it was actually working or not. I asked at reception to be moved to the room that i had booked and was told that the hotel was full and there was no manager available until the next day. I was up and out of the hotel early the next day so did not get to speak to the manager which is probably a good thing ( for the manager i mean) The reception and dining room are just as they are on the website but where are these lovely rooms for sleeping in? I certainly didn't see them. Good luck if you have booked.
