I found that the hotel was very central and within easy walking distance to most of the sights, Coliseum five minute walk Spanish Steps were a fifteen minute walk. The staff were very helpful with advice on restaurents and in giving directions, they also got my suits pressed for me in a very quick time.
My room was comfortable a little cramped compared to American standards but fine for Europe, bathroom was roomy and both were spotless. Breakfast was served in the room as there is no restaurent but there are plenty of restaurents/cafes in the area.
I would recomend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.

We discover the hotel looking for an accomodation near to the city center at a decent rate and the Forus Inn was a pleasant surprise!
The location is excellent (5 minutes walking from Colosseo and 100mt from the subway), our room has been recently refurnished and the staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. My only complain is that our room was a little dark and very small, so it's ok only if you need a place to sleep after a long day visiting the city!

The location is perfect for those guests who are interested in walking to the major sights. Easy access to bus, train and taxis makes this small inn is great for those who don't want to stay in a large hotel but would like to be in the centre of everything but also able to easily travel further away from the city. The staff are super-helpful., Maurizio, the owner, is always available to assist or organize transportation and suggest locales to be visited. Breakfast in bed was a luxury that I don't get time to enjoy at home.
Highly recommended for the more mature traveller not interested in the disco and mad night life!!. Ideal for business people as internet access is available in all rooms.
Having tossed my coin in the Trevi Fountain, I hope to return to Rome and will definitely stay at the Forus Inn.

From the moment we inquired about the rooms until the moment we left, the staff just couldn't do enough for us. They would ensure we get a positive answer to any queries. We were especially impressed with Angela, always positive and with a smile on her face!
The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast excellent. As we were staying for Easter the prices were a bit high, but we had a special Easter Surprise too and the children even got Easter eggs!
However do make sure you do not get the room by the reception as it can be a little noisy.
Would definitely go back and not hesitate to recommend to anyone....
