This small hotel is a great value. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, modern bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, available 24 hours. The room is a bit small, but very comfortable. We loved the location, an easy walk from the Termini and only five minutes from the Colloseum. Also, the metro and bus stops are a block away so all of Rome is an easy ride from the hotel.
We did have a litle trouble finding it - in the dark, walking from the termini, we didn't see the small brass plaque on the wall. If you arrive in the evening, as we did, stop at the store next door for a bottle of wine, unpack, and take a nice walk downhill to the Colloseum - so beautiful at night!
A bonus - if you're traveling for a long time, as we were, there's a very nice laundromat/internet cafe a few doors away.

This is not a five star hotel by any means, but the location is brilliant. We just spent a weekend here and walked ten minutes to the coliseum and no more than 20 minutes to anything else. I found it very quiet and clean and a great place to stay if you just want to use it as a base to explore one of the most interesting cities on earth. Cafes and Bars all around for a nice meal and a Metro stop at the end of the road. What could be simpler ?

Nice accommodations and very roomy. I thought they were 007 as it is a refurbished apartment on 2nd floor. However, the Jacuzzi bath jets were moldy and the walls are paper thin. Woken up several times to cell phone conversations of neighbors, rush hour traffic (7am) and the rumbling of the subway 2 floors below us... If not noise adverse would recommend.

Had to stay, trapped by resevation . No place to put luggage, uncomfortable bed. I would recommend other hotels in the area over this one. There were many nicer hotels in the area at better prices. This hotel is on the second floor and though they offer breakfast, it is served in the room because there is no dining room. They try but it is just a tough building to have a hotel.
