Lovely owner met us on arrival and gave her cell phone number in case we needed anything. She does not live on-site. Although named a B&B, no breakfast was actually served. This place had a small kitchen area with chairs and tv which was great as we traveled with another couple so each morning and night we would sit around the table and plan our activities. The owner dropped off rolls and croisants, left juice, cheese, milk, etc. in the fridge. There was also things we could borrow like umbrellas, hairdryers, etc. The location was great, just a couple blocks to the Vatican and a couple more to St Peter's. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, all around, and great gelato round the corner. The place was neat and clean although showers had little pressure and the beds were hard, but I found this to be the norm across Italy. Overall, for the price this was a great value.

As Trip Advisor did not have review on this location, here is mine! The Leone IV B&B is located 3 blks from the Sistine Chapel and Vatican. It took 5-10 minutes to walk there. Located in Prati (residential area) with alot of commerical buildings, this area is safe and convenient, the rooms were hugh! There is a small kitchen with small refrigerator, sink and stove. Its was the perfect place. Across the main street was an open Market, where you could buy fresh fruit, veggies, meat, cheese, fresh bread, water, sodas, clothing anything you might need. The proprietor - was on the premises near the rooms and they were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and economical. I would strongly recommend this B&B - oh there is a great, great restaurant across the street "El Colibri" the food was excellent med price.
