After I booked this Hotel I received a confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail stated that when we arrived we could pay in cash(euros) or by credit card with an extra fee. We decided to charge the amount so that we would not have to carry the cash with us.. But when we arrived the booking agent would take only cash, so he walked us about 4 blocks in a thunderstorm with pouring down rain, to a Banking Machine to get the money! When we checked in with the Building manager on Thurs he did not tell us that no one would be cleaning our room on Sat or Sun and If we needed clean towels we should tell them on Fri. As a result we had no clean towels for the weekend and no one was in the Managers office to contact them about the problem. The Hotel was in a good location for walking to see the sights in Rome and close to the Train Station and very close to the Subway and restaurants.
