My wife and I spent stayed here for 4 nights and this place proved to be the worst BB I have ever been to. Its awfully dirty and the staff are so rude. Breakfast is practically non existent. WE found bugs in our bed and by the looks of things the sheets had not been changed. Everything in the room is of poor quality and falling to bits.Places like this should be closed down. DISGUSTING.

Looking for a hotel suitable for seriously disabled people, we have called this place on Sunday morning and a cleaning lady told us to call back on week-days to speak with somebody from the hotel staff (therefore, nobody is present at the hotel on holidays...) We have called back on Monday morning and we have explained to a lady from the hotel staff that our case was that of a person on the wheelchair. Very politely she explained to us that, despite the lack of toilets in the rooms specifically conceived for disabled people, other guests with various disabilities had already stayed in the hotel without major problems since the accessibility was guaranteed. Fortunately, a colleague of us leaving in Rome accepted to go there and personally check the situation, and the surprise has been terrible : 1) there is an elevator to bypass the big stairs going to the main entrance, but it can be operated uniquely by the doorman who is not present at the hotel permanently and certainly not in the evenings or on holidays; 2) there are no rooms on the ground floor and the elevator for the upper floors is very small and very old; 3) the rooms and their toilets are smaller than the average of other hotels; 4) nobody is present at the hotel desk on holidays for any possible issue. Moreover, the lady from the hotel staff showed very disappointed about that visit and never answered the several questions asked later about the real situation... You can make your conclusions!

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. Came here with my wife and the experience was very negative. The staff is not helpful at all. The staff is not welcoming.Breakfast is non existent. Rooms are old, beds are very uncomfortable and the room is not fresh.Locaton is not good.After a certain time you are left alone so service is ZERO.

It is a charming, homey, clean and quiet hotel, very good located close to the Metro station Policilinico. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with A/C, TV, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi.
The hotel staff is great, very friendly and helpful and they really make you feel at home. Davide, the receptionist, answered all our questions and gave us same great tips that made our trip much easier. The Ukrainian cleaning lady was also very warm and helpful.
We had a brilliant holiday and would totally recommend this hotel and its staff.

Hotel is located perfectly on a Metro stop and very close from tram stop. There is a supermarket and a nice little restaurant also very close. A/C is provided and reception is helpful. However you do not get very good interiors, the elevators are 1950s wooden door ones and it does not really feel like a hotel. Ok for people on a budget. Were there for 2 nights. It was ok but simply not what you pay 100 euros for.

this hotel is quite nice we had the penthouse sweet which is not shown in its advertisments.
the penthouse sweet is the top of the building revamped storage area,
may sound un cool but very private wirh own balcony and very secure
overall the set up here is good breafast adequate and staff friendly.
a little out of town but the tube system works well.
very clean just be carefull with the showers as heat can change rapidly.
if your booking tours avoid Carrini Tours so disorganised promise the world but dont deliver.
but in general a nice hotel for the price

I have never been mad at a hotel before, but we were furious with this place. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a sort of scary building with graffiti on the outside of it. Upon arrival, you have to buzz the front desk to be let into the building and are greeted by a nice woman who barely speaks any English. You are given a key to a side hall-entrance to the hotel, since they lock the lobby doors all day except for the 8-10am breakfast. You have no access to the front desk at all. When I called the front desk from our room phone, the lady who answered said "No English, only Russian." She didn't even speak Italian! Oh, and did I mention that our room phone couldn't make outside calls and the WiFi we were promised didn't work in our room? We could only get WiFi in the lobby, which was of course locked all day. So we had no access to the outside world, and no one at the front desk to who we could ask questions. I couldn't even get new towels, for goodness sake. After 2 days, mine was sufficiently dirty. I had to wait until the 8-10am window of opportunity to talk to the front desk girl and ask for a new towel. She basically said I couldn't get one until after 4 days of stay! After I argued and showed her my dirty towel, she made an exception but said that I couldn't get another for the rest of our stay. Yuck. But the worst part was our bathroom was super moldy. They had wiped clean the main surfaces, but this was a deeply ingrained mold that left an odor in the air and looked gross. That would be bad enough, but my husband is allergic to mold and got extremely sick with a sinus and chest infection from the room This place basically ruined a week of our trip. It sucked and I don't care how cheap it is - do not stay here!

p.s. the breakfast was terrible too, consisting only of low quality croissants packaged in plastic (ie: not fresh), watery yogurt, condiments, and burned coffee. Our bed was uncomfortable too and my eyes swelled up because of the old pillows/mattress. Ugh, just terrible overall.

Room Tip: My tip to choose a room is pick another hotel...

Dear Sir/Madam,
we are surprised to receive this complain several days after the check-out; at that moment the client didn’t mention any episode written in the review.
In return for this unfair and untrue comment we argue that:
1) we assure the cleaning of every single room in the hotel
(and the remaining ones) daily;
2) the lobby is always open from 8am until 8pm;
3) Wi-Fi connectivity is working in every room.
All the rest (for example the description of the external building with graffiti), belongs to a fantasy novel. We’ve just demonstrated that this review intended to damage our reputation built with years of hard work. Our hotel has been always helpful and friendly with our clients even in bad times.
