There are, I think, four apartments in this building. They might not all be the same. Also, Italians tend to live in smaller spaces. But here's what I liked and didn't like: (1) Liked - location (perfect, near a gorgeous square, within walking distance of everything); bed (comfortable); cleanliness (well maintained); (2) Didn't like - dingy feel to furniture (a bit "lived in" as my partner said), tiny bathroom with boiler in the bathroom (barely enough room to stand in the shower, and no chance for long, hot showers), and tiny kitchen. The pictures on this site make the place seem bigger. Also, it was a fourth floor walk up (obviously, if you stay on a lower floor, it's not such a hike to your room). It was a neat experience staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. Also, I suspect you could get better deals directly from the management than from a web site, most of which take a cut. I personally am a bit too finicky about where I stay to stay here again. However, I would recommend it to certain friends of mine who want a real slice of life in Rome, and who don't mind the absence of hotel luxury or hotel service (we saw the management people on our first day as we checked in for a few minutes, and then never saw anyone again).
