We (4 persons) stayed in Casa Nova for 7 days, and this might be the best choice we ever have made. The apartment is clean, neat and functional. The staff is professional and very service minded, and the location couldn’t be better, walking distance to everything.

I recently stayed at the Casa Navona Apartments and it was my 3rd time staying there. I would highly recommend the apartments. The location by far is perfect for walking anywhere you would like to go for sightseeing, dining out etc. The rooms are perfect - neat, clean and very comfortable. We originally couldnt get in due to availability and had an awful experience with another property for the same price so to be able to have the availability come up and move back to where is I think by far one of the best apartments I have stayed in for the price in Rome was fantastic. The staff are also very friendly and willing to help make your stay comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Casa Navona apartment for 5 nights in January 2008. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby, and we were close to many of the sites we wanted to see, including the Vatican, the Forum, the Pantheon etc. The apartment itself was beautiful, and has clearly been carefully and tastefully remodeled. We hate to all have to crowd into one room, so it was great to have a bedroom for my husband and I, and a pull out couch in the other room for our daughters. The small kitchen was very nice as well, since we were able to prepare our own breakfasts. Our only complaints were that the water heater in the bathroom was small, so even two fast showers in a row taxed it, and the second person ended up with cold water. Also, be warned that the stairs are very steep (we were in the top apartment on the 4th floor) and slanted, so lugging suitcases up them is no easy feat (and we are backpackers used to carrying loads). Be aware that this is just an apartment, and there is no breakfast included and no real hand-holding or orientation by the management. They arranged for us to be met at the airport by a taxi, which was nice, and once we arrived they met us, gave us the key, and then quickly took off. Our check in person was very nice, but also not interested in providing tourist information.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in Casa Navona in May 2007 to celebrate my birthday. I was born in Rome and therefore knew where I wanted to be- as close to Piazza Navona as possible. We couldn't have been any closer unless we were in the piazza itself- it's literally just off one of the side streets and from the living room window you could see into the square. My boyfriend had never been to Rome before and instantly fell in love with the city. Casa Navona made it even better because we couldn't have asked for more (except for a shower door that fit- which I believe has now been sorted in the recent renovation's!). What I loved was that when you had the windows open you could hear the buzz from the piazza and the street below, but as soon as you shut them there was silence! We also loved the fact that the apartments are situated above a small pizza take-away, and we had pizza in bed for brunch a few times! I'd say to anyone visiting Rome for the first time Casa Navona, and around the Piazza Navona is the best place to be- it's a lovely area and is within walking distance from all the major sites. The colleseum is a fair walk away but theres plenty to see on the way there so it's fine. I couldn't recommend these apartments more!
