Only a 10 min walk from Termini Station and easy to find. The area seemed perfectly safe. About a 10-12 min walk from the Fora Romano and Imperilli and Trevi Fountain. There is a nice gelato place just a block down on Via Cavour. Staff speak English and her accomodating. They are perfectly content with letting you come and go as you please. Breakfast is nice and adequate, continental style. You can walk to many of the city's sights and a metro stop is about a 5 min walk away.

For the money and the location this was a good buy. Don't like sharing a bathroom down the hall, but that was offset by the hospitatality of Virgilio. The breakfast was also very good. I have to say I haver never had anyone want to make sure that my son and I had coffee and something to eat at 4:45am on our day of departure. Virgilio, thank you

The desk staff for the three hotels in this group - in particular, the staff at Saturnia and the Fellini - were wonderfully accommodating! They worked to find available rooms when we appeared without a reservation; they stowed our gear when we took at overnight jaunt to the coast, and the two restaurant recommendations they gave were the best two meals we had in Rome - and the most affordable ones, too!

We found this hotel by wandering into it when we were in Rome, exasperated that we could not find a reasonable place to stay. It turned out to be a fantastic discovery for us. The thing that makes this hotel is its kind, generous and helpful staff--which can be a big bonus after a long day of being shuffled here and there in an unfamiliar and sometimes unwelcoming new city for a tourist. We were pleased by the breakfast selections, as well. It's not a fancy place, but it's comfortable and again, smartly staffed.

We were so happy with our hotel that we actually planned the remainder of our stay in Italy around staying here because we felt like we were getting such a good value for our money.
