On the day we arrived, we were told by Angelo that there was a problem with our bathroom and that we would need to be moved to another hotel across the other side of rome. This was frustrating as we'd booked Ottaviano so that we could be close to the Vatican for when we did our full day tour. Despite this we were cooperative and jumped in a cab that took us to the other hotel which luckily, was much nicer and it was right next to Trevi Fountain. The main thing that annoyed us was then being moved back to Ottiviano on day two after we'd settled in at the Trevi Suites. We asked if we could stay at Trevi but he said that he had other guests arriving soon that needed our room.
Reading back on the reviews for this hotel I now know that the bathroom excuse was probably a load of bull as Angelo's used that plenty of times before. The likely reason is that the booking was stuffed up some how. Maybe it was the language barrier that caused a lot of misunderstanding but we found it hard to trust Angelo and for that reason I wont be recommending this hotel.
