My husband and I arrived at the Margot that we booked through HostelWorld after flying almost 24 hours. We had just found out that United Airlines had failed to put our luggage on the plane in Philadelphia although they had plenty of time to do it and now the trip of a life time was in limbo! The Margot in on the 5th floor and our room was right outside a waterpump in closet that ran day and night to pump water up to 5th floor. The rooms were clean but plain. The walls are very thin and there was construction in the courtyard that began very early each morning. Breakfast consisted of a hard roll and tea or coffee. The manager did try to work with the airlines, but she spoke very little english. For the price, you could find a better place.
Since we were new travelers we didn't know. We had reservations to spend our last two days there, but we cancelled them.
