We stayed in Rome for a week and found the perfect place. The lovely quarter Trastevere is ideal for exploring Rome on foot. Marco and Gianna belong to the kindest hosts we ever met - plus they are always ready to give you helpful advice how to roam in Rome and find lovely places that are not mentioned even in expensive city guides. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is rich. We would never choose another place for a second trip to Rome!

This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean and the upstairs rooms have an outside terrace. Our hosts and their staff went above and beyond in providing us with information about Rome and booking tickets for the Galleria Borghese. Nothing was too much trouble.

We spent three days in Rome. I enjoyed it very much and I recommend very much the Residenza Arco de Tolomei. I wouldnt think in a better location; it is silent and it is very close to one of the most charming briddges that link the Trastevere with Rome. It is elegant and friendly; my only recommendation is to be sure that you can give the driver a map or some clear indication of the street.

If I return to Rome I would go directly to the Residenza and I hope it will be soon as it has been one of my favorite places to stay.

My wife and I stayed here in May for four nights. We enjoyed the location and walked to everything (but bring your walking shoes!). Some great restaurants right around the corner and interesting shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hosts very gracious.

If we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again.
