When I stayed at the Albergo Giusti it was August and Rome was HOT. The air conditioning on my two nights was excellent. In fact, I was cold. Fortunately, the nuns provide guests with a remote control for the AC so you can control the temperature somewhat - by turning it off. The AC is also quiet, the unit is outside the room.
The TV in the room did not work but I was in the room so little that it did not matter. Hotel is very quiet, the rooms facing the street have double panes. Breakfast is continental plan: rolls, butter, jams, cereals, coffee tea milk.
There are two computers in the day room which one can rent by the hour, and beverage and snack vending machines. Everything is reasonable, clean and quiet.
There was NO curfew but you do have to buzz to get in.
Only one of the nuns spoke English - hers was excellent.
I highly recommend the Albergo Giusti and plan to stay there again when I visit Rome.
