This property is well located - it is located within walking distance from Coliseum and other important cites, it is close to the metro (less than two blocks away), it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so you do not feel surrounded by hordes of tourists at all time. The building itself is pretty charmless 1950s concrete structure and the room decor is basically a dorm-room level - but an pristinly clean dorm room with excellent showers. The room appears to have airconditioning - which we did not need in October, so cannot say how well it works.
You can come and go as you like at any hours, just leave the keys at the front desk. One is buzzed into the building upon return, so it feels very secure. The nuns appear to speak good English and were helpful throughout the stay. There is a common computer with internet access and a printer which one can use for a nominal fee. Did not try breakfast, so cannot say much about that.
Overall, a very quiet, clean place in a good part of Rome and close to all the tourist attractions without being touristy.
If you are planning to spend much time in your room, you would not like this as it is very plain with minimal comforts, but if you are using your room mostly to sleep in and to shower, this is a perfectly nice place.
