When we arrived, seeing the burned out car in the parking lot was scary. The rude girl at the desk assured us that the car had been there for a year, for whatever that's worth. She also told us the restaurant on premise was open, We went right down and it was closed. However a cool guy named Johnny got us some mozzerella, bread and prosciutto and some wine. Johnny was the best thing about this hotel. The rude girl also told us the bus to get there runs 24 hours a day. When we were trying to get back from the Coliseum at midnight, we found out that she was wrong. The cab cost us 20 euros. The complimentary toothpaste tubes were all dried out. I tried to get a new one and the rude girl informed me that they are all dried out. We put a twenty euro deposit down for a keyboard to check e-mails. There is a cost of course on top of the keyboard deposit and no instructions come with the keyboard. I called to the desk, three visits later from the bellhops and seven euros worth of tipping and none of them could make it work. We called to tell them that the shower leaks and water was all over the bathroom floor. They said that's OK, they know. The Turkish Baths were not open supposedly. Breakfast was very good.
Do not stay here unless you get a killer deal. It was not worth the $360 we paid for a Saturday and a Sunday.
