“It's just amazing!”

I think Rome is a very great vacation destination. I made a good choice in picking Residenza Argentina! I was kinda surprised when I entered inside because their facilities really look modern. I stayed in a comfy and modern hotel that is located at a very historical place. I treasure all my travel experiences in Rome as well in Residenza Argentina!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with modern fixtures. It had a fine bar. It truly is a boutique hotel. The all-night staff was available to help me catch transportation to the airport. I had to leave very early. and hope next time to have breakfast. There are trams to the airport in front of the hotel. As I recall, they were #64 and #40, but one should check.

In all, the management is helpful and congeial, and the hotel is lovely and clean. The location is superb.

Booking from the internet is a leap of faith and I was thrilled with our stay! This is a quaint 6 room hotel, rooms decent in size, amenities very modern (bathrooms are very nice, shower pressure supreme!) and very clean (the most important aspect for me).
The breakfast was great (cereals, still warm hard boiled eggs, fresh orange juice, yogurt, cheese and ham, great coffee, toast) and home made breakfast cake (made by the owner!) that I had the priviledge of bumping into one evening. Location is fantastic and right in the heart of ancient Rome. Small elevator is very handy when checking in and out with luggage. Computer in lobby very accessible for checking emails or surfing the web for information. Highly recommend the hotel transfer by taxi that they arrange for 50 euros. Well worth it! The daytime staff is very helpful/professional and speaks fluent english. Night time staff can handle the basics. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as exceptional value and would stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay with no surprises!

Stayed here for 4 nights for our first time in Rome. It's not a hotel, more a B & B which is on the 3 floor of an apartment building. Like all the other reviews it's hard to find. We found the airport transfer brilliant. We booked the transfer by email to the hotel - €50 was well worth it between the 3 of us, the same price as getting the train in from the airport. Can't imagine trying to struggle around the streets of Rome with luggage. The hotel is in such a central location with bus & tram stops right outside. You can walk to everything. After a day walking around the vatican your feet will be very happy to hop on a bus right back to outside the hotel. To catch the bus for the vatican you go across the road to outside the bookshop on the left. We didn't find the noise at night bad, to be honest if you are sightseeing around Rome, you'll be too tired to hear anything. Found the staff very helpful/friendly. There were 2 staff, one on the day shift and one on the night shift. Breakfast was good, no hot food just cereals, fruits, breads, cheeses, etc and really good coffee. There are lots of places to eat right near by - really like the pizza place nearest the traffic lights on the left. Has more than pizza and has lots of authenic food.

Room Tip: Pantheon only up the street. Mass sat at 5.30.

This "residenza" is actually a luxury design b&b in an large apartment in Rome.
It's really difficult to find, although it's on a large square, but when you finally get in it, it's really beautiful and the service is great. Considering that you are in a big european capital (look at the prices in "real hotels"), it has a very good value. The rooms looks really like a 4-star hotel! We had #3 and had nothing to complain about.
The only bad point is that the rooms are a little noisy (you hear the tramway passing and people yelling from the street) but apart from that, everything was perfect!
The situation is very good also, within walking distance from piazza navona and the ghetto, where you can eat the famous "carcioffi".
I warmly recommend this place if you don't mind the little noise and the fact it's a very small, hard to find hotel.

I've opened an account just to write a review for this place. A 6 bedroom hotel hidden away in a courtyard in a central location, this did exactly what we needed for a 6 nations rugby weekend. By basics I mean - decent sized room, network cabling for laptops in room, *extremely* clean (rooms returned to spotless every day), great bathrooms, lots of towels, great continental breakfast, brilliant brilliant service at a fantastic price. It's clear that there is real pride in the quality of service here.

We will be back in two years time.

We recieved a warm welcome and took the hotel up on the offer of an airport transfer which meant the driver took us straight to the hotel door. The hotel is behind large wooden doors and through two courtyards but this means it is quieter and offers great security. The small lift is a bonus in such an old building and can fit two people or one person with some luggage. Booked a 10 night holiday in the suite (room 4) which is spacious and comes with a very welcome jacuzzi bath for two in the bedroom. Great to enjoy a soak after all the walking! The bathroom is large and has a shower unit and large towel rail.
The bed is two single beds together were firm but comfortable. Pillows were rather flat and hard but were adequate. The room lacked a set of drawers which meant we had to hang most of our clothes and use the small drawers in the cupboard, this probably won't be a problem for those on a short stay. The cupboard also had a safe which was easy to use but could do with a light in the cupboard to see.

The room had a useful mini bar where we could store cool drinks. Range of wine, spirits, chololate and water in the room.

Our room has fresh flowers on our arrival and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was warmly recieved. The hotel management were efficient, friendly and offered a very personalised service to suit. Much more relaxed than big hotel chains. The breakfast could either be delivered to our room but we chose to get it ourselves and there was no problem in getting a tray to take it back to our room which is just beyond the main reception area. there is a small bar and some seating in the reception. The bar is reasonable and offers hot drinks and alcohol. The room has a small falt screen TV, DVD player and sound system - useful for plugging in your MPS player/phone.
Wifi is available for 6 euros for your stay. A computer and small library of guide books etc are there for general use.

Overall a fantastic location within easy walk of all major sights. Tram junction right outside also a taxi rank across the road. A small supermarket is across the square and plenty of eating places nearby.
