The hotel was recently renovated. It is situated in a very quiet and central area in Rome (2-3 minutes walk to the Policlinica metro station). It is very clean. But what makes the difference is the staff. Very friendly, helpful, ready to solve all your problems and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Just to give you one example: the day we left was a very runny day. The person at the reception not only call a taxi for us but also stayed in the rain for about 5 minutes to wait for the taxi and to give to the driver the direction to come just in front of the hotel to pick us up.
Highly recommended! Excellent for the quality/price.

I searched some dust over the TV or under the beds but without results!

Simple hotel, but complete. All rooms have telephone, TV, bathroom with toilet. Everything is new (including beds and matrasses) and smelling new! Nice and helpfull receptionists, simple breackfast but perfect coffee. Perfect location: nearby Metro station (2 stops from Termini station) in a quiet neigbourhood.

This most definitely is NOT a hotel. It is a youth hostel, shared baths, tiny odd rooms, and worst of all, an 11pm curfew.

Neighborhood is kind of pleasant though, but definitely not close to anything touristy. Underground is closeby (about 6 blocks), though, so if location doesn't matter...

I was referred here by a hotel (Planet 29) that refused to honor my reservation, so I walked all the way from the Termini....about a 30 minute walk, with luggage.

They don't take credit cards, either.
