me and bf stayed there in march to watch arsenal in the champions league and made a mini holiday out of it. Hotel was in a great location, took us a gd day 2 work out where we were, but once we got the hang of the buses and metro it was brilliant! i wouldnt call it a bed and breakfast, cos the breakfast is a small crossant and coffee or tea from the cafe across the road. but the staff were very friendly!! always keen to help us out. the rooms are ok, can be very noisy and the bathroom were shared, but they were always cleaned. would definetly recommend a friend to stay here, we got it at a very gd price too!!

Don't stay there during the summer(July). Room was very hot!! No air conditioning. Restaurant behind room 21 was very noisey. Bidet smelled, had to close the bathroom
while I was in the room. Picture of room, not like the real thing. Only one English news station on TV. Everything else is in Italian. Other than that, Staff was really nice, except for one older gentlemen that works the night, early morning shift. Don't speak and understand English. No elevator, so don't bring to much stuff!! Only thing really great is free WiFi, and either American coffee or Italian coffee, and a pastry for breakfast, between, 8-10am.

I spent 3 days in Rome with my cousins during our holiday among Europe and we had a wonderful stay in this hotel, that exceeded our expectations. We picked hotel Felice based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. The location was excellent, very close to the train/bus/metro station, and even if I don't think it is in the best part of town, I didn't feel unsafe and the convenience was very welcome. You will not find a better hotel for the money!!! Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe, overall the hotel was very good with respect to amenities like clean bathrooms, beds etc. The staff were friendly, nice and young and they answered our questions and gave us directions. We would definitly stay at this hotel again!

I spent three days with my partner in Rome. The main reason was to attend the graduation of a friend of mine at the University of Rome La Sapienza but obviously, we took the chance to visit the city. Therefore the choice of this hotel was perfect: it is very close to the campus and walking distance to subway, bus and tram stops. The area around the hotel is also plenty of pubs and restaurants. The hotel is especially indicated for who looks for a very good place to stay at a very reasonable price.
