Stayed at this hotel with Riviera Trave in a twin bed room with B&B. On the way to the hotel, the rep offered us the chance to eat in the hotel resaurant for 30 euros each. There were only two options, fish or meat. We chose the meat - a cheesy thing, Ravioli in a mushroom sauce, a chicken roll with roast potatos and salad, a fruit salad plus free beverages. Wine on the table was ok but I wanted a glass of beer. I had to ask three times and waited half an hour. The food was mediocre at best. The roast potatos were chips so hard that you could break your teeth on them and the salad did not arrive until we had all finished. My wife left most of hers. The monkfish on the fish menue looked like two small sardines.
The bar only sold expesive small bottles of beer, no draught.
A very espensive meal of bland ingredients - £60 for two.
Later I found a Pizza take away where you could sit at a table, inside or out. We had two large freshly made pizzas, two 66cc bottles of beer and a can of Sprite for a total of 15 euro. Skip the hotel and go there.... Out through the main entrance, turn right, then left, then left again. Walk along half a mile until you come to a T junction, passing a good reasonably priced bar on the way. Turn left at the junction and continue to Facolta Della Pizza - super food and value.
