this is a wonderful place to go live as its walkign distance from teh colosseum and palantine hill

The front desk people are very snotty and very very nasty. They talk to you like you are their servant. Is it because I'm an American and don't speak Italian?. I had to yell at one of them because he was being nasty to my wife. It's like a hassle for them when you ask them for something. We didn't have hot water for 1 day, and another day there was no water. The TV didn't work in our room. The lighting in the room is very dim. The wireless doesn't work in the room you have to go outside your room to get a signal. The room smells like wet carpet. Breakfast, make sure you go early because it will ran out. Our trip would've been perfect if it wasn't for this hotel

The location of this hotel was perfect thats why we chose it. Our room was immaculately clean and we can see the ruins directly from our window. Our only problem is there was this Italian old lady who works around the early afternoon, she only speaks Italian and she has the worst attitude ever. Then there is this old gentleman who works early evening thru early morning, he is the same thing. We could not get help from any of them. Everytime we go home late, they always tells us, that were not checked in, that our stay is over, we always have to fight this off. We always have to show our keys to our room. Dont know why this lady has to make a copy of our passport when we checked in? Expedia provided a copy of our reservation to them already and we tried to explain and show them a copy of it but they dont want to budge. I will only stay at this hotel again provided these two hags are no longer there. I could not stand their behavior towards another race.

Tv was not working also!!!

Wifi, we paid it but when we turned on our computer, there is no signal in our bedroom!!!

Also, the last day of our stay, there was no hot water running, we have to take shower in cold running water.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone if you speak fluent Italian otherwise it will be harder for you to communicate with these 2 old hags!!!

This hotel was a great value. Rooms were very clean and not cramped. The location was the best part, close to the Colleseum and within walking distance of many other Roman attractions. We really liked it.
