The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff. They act like it is an imposition to do their job and requests to unclog the shower and separate the king bed into twins (which was noted on our reservation) were never acknowledged or completed (although, a kind request to the floor maid did solve the bed situation on the last of three nights).
My room was in a secondary type of building which was the top floor of an office buidling. You have to take two elevators and wind narrow halls to get there. All doors require key access, but my key kept getting deactivated and I kept getting locked out and stuck in the stairwell. The only way out is to go through the office building, which results in ugly looks because the hotel has an agreement that guests won't come down their staircase or through their foyer. We were "disciplined" twice about that, and yet the lock-out situation was met with the typical imposing attitude from the desk clerk.
The hotel is not clean. The carpet on the main foyer is torn, the WC is disgusting, and my bathroom was gross.
Breakfast is below average.
What's great about his hotel? Location is awesome and internet is free on one computer in the lobby.
