An oasis in Rome....... a fantastic hotel with super rooms. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Our room had its own little private garden with wicker table and chairs. The rooms are large and immaculately decorated. The attention to detail is amazing with luxuriously monogrammed sheets and towels, air conditioning (a must in Summer) and lots of storage space. It is about ten minutes by free hotel shuttle bus from Ciampino airport and it cost 50 Euros by taxi from Fiuminco which the hotel will also arrange.

The shuttle will also take you to and collect you from Cinecitti metro ( 5mins) whenever you request. From there it is a quick journey into the centre of Rome for just 1 Euro ( kids go free). It has no restaurant but there is a super one about 400m away which they will drive you to. The swimming pool is small and not small child friendly as it becomes a fountain at night so there are lots of spouts sticking out around the edge. But after a hot day in Rome it was wonderful to lie and relax in such a peaceful setting. You are on the flight path to the airport though.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff could not have been more helpful. If you like an individual hotel with lots of character and charm this is by far the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed in.
