The hotel is very well-located , less than 5 minutes to Termini. Once inside the building guests need to be aware that the hotel is on the 5th floor and the lift is a typical old-fashioned type you find in European apartment buildings and very small. At a squeeze you can get two plus luggage. Occasionally the lift is out and you have to walk up/down the stairs. The staff are friendly and access at all times of the day is straightforward by pressing an outside buzzer.
The room was extremely small - barely more than the width and length of a bed. The shower was even smaller and would be a problem with larger people. Breakfast is standard basic hostel-type fare - a processed croissant, a fresh roll and coffee/tea.
If all you want is a cheap place to lay your head in Rome this hotel could very well suit and is an ideal spot to travel around the city. If on the other hand you want any level of luxury then give this one a miss.
