Stayed in the middle of June when the temperature reached about 33 degrees at one stage. The hotel is very easy to find if you read the directons on the website. It is about two minutes from Termini at the end of Via Milazzo. Upon entering we were met by Fabio who showed us to our room.We had to pass through a securiy door and our room was near the end of a corridor. The room was spotless and overlooked a small yard with a tall tree. The only sounds to be heard were of the birds chattering and an odd time that of the security door, but it was not a problem. The air-conditioning was a major bonus as it was too hot without it.The location would not be the most salubrious in Rome ,but I feel that could be said of any part of the city.At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable in our surroundings, either walking or on public transport. Fabio made us excellent espressos with our breakfast on our second day but the best ever were made by Massimo on our last day.Its easy to see why a relatively small hotel does so well on Trip Advisor, its because they do the small things well, and it pays off.I would go back tomorrow for the coffee alone.
