I actually found 10 fauilts with the room, from tv remote not working to no hot water from shower head and mould growing around the bath/shower screen. The funcky furniture was uncomfortable and in most cases dirty. The bed was comfortable & the air con. worked well. Breakfast was always served cold inspite of their efforts to keep it warm using oil burning candles. How many stars does this hotel boast? My rating 2 star.

This is definitely top 3 hotel i have ever stayed and i travel a lot! Futuristic modern design of the hotel, great reception, attentive personal and good food make you feel great from the very beginning of your stay in Roma!
The hotel is situated in a walking distance from the Termini railway station, metro and a Sightseeing Bus stop. As well you can take a bus to outlets from there.
The personal in the hotel is very helpful- you can get answers for all your questions and all your problems will be solved in a minute.
And don't forget your bikinis- there is a very nice roof bar where( if you are lucky with the weather) you can enjoy the sun with a glass of good Italian wine!

Nicely designed, comfi bed, but overall dissapointing for Raddisson.

Despite of the negative comments about the rooms, I did like the design, although I admit the rooms are (too) small (for the price). The bed was very comfortable like I'm used to in Raddisson hotels. Fridge and the funny blow up lamp not working. Reception staff downstairs very polite and friendly (didn't test what they are like if you have any complaints).

I loved the rooftop-bar and pool, but the service at this bar was terrible. I walked to the bar to order because the waiters considered making up the empty tables more important than serving customers.. Don't order the Eur 10 'Fresh fruit cocktail' if you expect freshly squeezed juices in it.

A disadvantage about the beautiful pool is that it's opened from 9 am - 7 pm which means that business people are unlikely to have the possibility to use it before/after work. We went for a swim at 7.15 pm, but the pool was closed already :(

The location could be more central (not at walking distance from Trastevere/ Piazza di Fiori/ Piazzi di Popolo). And I wouldn't feel comfortable walking in the shabby streets around the hotel alone at night (being a woman).

Wi-fi in room was quite slow.

Very funky and enjoyable but there could be better attention to the customers

I picked this hotel (despite some of the reviews on tripadvisor) because I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in Rome with a sun lounging area and pool. It is in easy walking distance of most of the sights in Rome, I used public transport to get to the Vatican but otherwise I walked everywhere. The room was very funky and suited my taste, I thought it was fun. The staff were mixed but generally good with one or two exceptions.

When I arrived they had given me a room overlooking the train station, I explained that I was on holiday and didnt want the noise of the trains in the morning so they moved me to the other side of the hotel with no problems. I was not bothered by any noise from the market nor the station.

The hotel wasn't particularly busy which meant the atmosphere in the evenings wasn't great so I generally went out, I agree that it is not in the nicest area of Rome but I felt safe and was happy to walk on my own, a couple of times when it was very late and dark I easily got a taxi and it was pretty cheap.

The biggest dissappointment that I had was that the pool was closed for maintenance. This was extremely frustrating because I had specifically asked before I booked whether the pool would be open for the duration of my stay and was told yes. When I complianed the man on reception was very apologetic, he explained that it was emergency maintenance and then credited all of the extras that I had charged to the room (about the equivalent of 1 nights stay) and also organised for me to keep my room late on the day of departure. I was very happy with this gesture as an apology.

The hotel is really easy to get to using the train from the airport which is much better value than a taxi, it was very easy to find following the directions that the hotel emailed me.

Some people rave about this hotel being great because of its location i.e. proximity to Termini station. When you come out of termini you will find it difficult to find this hotel. After arriving in Termini exhausted after flight and train you will need to walk up a steep street which is absolutely filthy. Graffiti everywhere, refuse bins all on the streets. Eventually you discover the Radisson's back entrance! The main entrance is on the other side but the front still leaves alot to be desired.

A luke warm welcome awaits you at reception. I booked a superior / business class room with a balcony. I was expecting a nice modern roomy interior with a balcony you could sit out on. Dream on! Room was tiny and the whole idea of putting the shower and wash area in the room itself just didnt work. There is also no wardrobe space just somewhere to hang you clothes in full view of any housemaids. The balcony is tiny and there is nowhere to sit.

There were a few postives, the bed was quite comfortable although that might have been the fact that I had travelled from ireland on two hours sleep and was shattered upon arrival. The air conditioning is brilliant and will have the room like a ice box if you want which was a great relief from the 30c + temp outside. I ordered some room service and have to say the food was quite good and tasty.

I decided to stay the night and see how i felt about the place the next morning once i had got some sleep. However I decided to change hotel the next day and even though they could have charged for an additional night the hotel were very receptive and said I would just have to pay the one night.

Overall the hotel is not bad for a quick business trip but it is definitely not a five star I would say 3 star pushing maybe to four star. The worst was the cleanliness of the rooms, poor fronty desk service( when I went to check out the were 4 men behind the desk but only one could deal with check in/out and i still do not know what the other 3 "stagliare" were standing around there for?) and the poor image / dodginess of the surrounding area.
