Located not even a five minute walk from Termini station Hotel Serena proved to be a Little Gem. The place is super clean and the staff go out of their way to help you. Called for tickets to attractions and even helped us with bus numbers and routes. We are 2 senior couples who enjoy traveling and this was our 4th trip to Rome and one of our most enjoyable.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Although the room was small (and typical by European standards), the room was obviously just renovated and spottless. Everything was fresh and the fixtures modern, etc. It is ideally located by the Termini station giving great access to the entire city by Metro or bus. Although the area around the station is "rougher," the hotel was very clean, safe, and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided was typical for Europe and excellent in quality. We could not have asked for more given what our expectaions were. Would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly situated near the Termini Station. The well air conditioned room was very clean, crisp linens, shower had good water pressure and lots of closet space. The breakfast was typical fruit, sweets, meat and cheese with good fresh cappachino. At the front desk, Marco graciously helped us locate many sites with a map provided by the hotel. He gave recommendations for restaurants, the best gelato and how to get there.
The beds were not the most comfortable but with a glass of vino we barely noticed. Our stay was a great way to begin our travels in Italy.
