Arrived 3am to check in with night manager. Unfortunately he started arguing with us after misunderstanding what we were saying. Things became unpleasant when he told us to go away. A subsequent apology was too late for a ruined start. In daylight went to passable restaurant. Noticed communal areas tired, dirty carpet, big broken pane of glass on the balcony window, and daytime staff over-taxed.

Have to say this is a brilliant Hotel to stay at. The Hotel is clean, very quiet and the staff are excellent. Brillaint location within easy walking distance of the Vatican (15 mins) and even the Colloseum (approx forty mins), but if you don't fancy the walk the bus is two minutes away and stops right outside the main plaza.

The actual city of Rome is amazing and I will certainly be visiting again and so no reason why it won't be at this hotel.

Highly recommended!!

I don't normally spend so much on a hotel (around £85 a night B&B), but wanted to make sure I stayed in a good class place with a reasonable chance of a good night's sleep in the heat and bustle of Rome in late June. We also checked ut reviews on this site, which were positive. My wife and I weren't disappointed! Great facilities, lovely rooms and decor. The air conditioning works properly, the rooms really are soundproof rather than just claiming to be, and the quiet location means that outside noise isn't a problem anyway.
The foyer is great, with some very nice paintings on the walls. Nice gardens and swimming pool too. The breakfast is fine. The staff were friendly and the information about getting into the city centre and Vatican was great.

The uphill walk back from the bus stop (5 minutes or so) in the heat was a little irritating, but if you're right on top of things then noise starts to be an issue. Plenty of transport options after the initial bus ride from the nearby piazza which has shops, banks, cashpoints, cafes.

We would go there again if re-visiting Rome.

We stayed at this residence for 4 nights in October. The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. It is situated on a quiet residential street away from the hustle and bustle of the City, but the bus stop is only a few hundred metres away with a very frequent service, only 10 minutes from the Vatican.
The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast, quite basic. We ate in the restaurant 1 night which was just ok.
The rooms have plently of space, with a seperate dining area, and kitchenette - hob, fridge, etc.
For location and great service I would highly recommend this for your stay in Rome.

The apartments are approx 10 minutes from St Peters Square or if you are on a budget the bus stop is 5 minutes from the apartments (which is how we travelled) They are set in the most lovely location with a beautiful swimming pool in a tranquil setting.
My 2 friends and I had been staying at the Amalfi Coast and decided to visit Rome for a few days and I must say we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the apartments. If staying ask for a room overlooking the pool. Its not a very big complex but it has to be the most perfect location. No restauratant as such although there is a breakfast area where by you can sit at the pool and have a coffee. The apartment is in a redidential area which makes it that bit nicer. I would definitely recommend staying here as its the perfect setting.
