“No aircondition”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2014

Why do they have a small dog running around the hotel in the morning?!
Air-condition did not work. Even when informing, the staff refused to recognize the problem. Had a sweaty night with without sleep, the poorly sound isolation of the rooms does not make it any better. The vigorous discussions from the reception are heard all over.

I stayed here with my school on the way to Sorrento and we all hated it here, even the teachers. The base of the showers was covered in mold, there were hairs sticking out of the drain, the doors of the shower didn't close so if you wanted to take a shower you had to use the towels (that were basically bed sheets) to make a door so you didn't soak the floor. The air con didn't work, the curtains fell off if you tried to close them, most people's beds had hairs in them that definitely weren't there's. Someone found dead bugs under their sheet. The beds were hard as rock. There we're dead bugs in the wardrobe and the sink. The doors didn't shut properly. The hotel is pretty much on the top floor (there's one floor above it) so you will have to walk up about 12 flights of stairs to get to it (this was only difficult because we had been walking around all day). Sorry if it sounds like I'm spoilt or something but these are just actual things that happened when we stayed, I'm just saying

We (4 of us) stayed for 2 nights. It was easy to locate and 2 minutes from the Railway Station, 10-15 minute walk from the forum/colloseum The area wasn't bad (we expected worse being so close to the station). We booked through LateRooms and got a decent deal of €70 per room per night (week end of Rugby, Marathon & a new Pope!).

It was clean, reception staff helpful but limited English. A lot of younger people staying there but there wasn't a noise problem. Our shower was only luke warm but our friends was hot (I didn't complain as it did the job and I wasn't staying for long). We had 2 comfortable nights sleep.

Breakfast was included using a voucher at a cafe across the road. You get 1 croissant & coffee and you have to stand to eat/drink! If you sit at a table it costs extra! It wasn't sufficient for us so we had more ata cafe around the corner

For a 2 night pass-through Rome (and at €70pn) it served its purpose very well. I would stay again.

Room was small, bathroom was tiny, bed was as hard as a rock, staff was unfriendly and rude, 'balcony' faced a wall, the towels (which were actually just bed sheets) smelt of vinegar. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. If the price were cheaper, I might not mind so much, but at over 100euro/night, this is outrageous! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better ones out there, just keep looking!!

Very awful hotel - not good value for money and looks like bad hostel or dirty hospital. The only advantage is that this "hotel" has really good location - near the Termini station. That's all.

The hotel is clean, but very old. REALLY old. The room windows are falling down, or missing a part.
The bathroom is horrible, no bathroom stall. And the breakfast worst I ever had.
Also is very expensive to what they offer.
The location is good. Near the Termini station, but is very noisy and there is to much guys selling stuff and bothering everybody.
