This is a lovely place to stay in Rome. The b and b is very safe and comfortable. The staff were always so helpful and tidied and cleaned the room to a high standard each day. The location is perfect for sight see-ers , all major atractions can be done on foot. Would stay here again.

Overall we were very impressed with this B&B - the room (and the shower!) was definitely above average for the price we paid. Its location was also very good and the service on the first day was very helpful and friendly.

A couple of issues though - on the first day, the lift to the third floor broke down while we and another couple were in there, as well as our suitcase. While there is no doubt we were below the advertised weight limit, we were stuck in the (very small and hot) lift for half an hour waiting for someone to come and fix it. The lift was eventually sent down to the ground floor, meaning we had to carry our suitcase up three flights of stairs anyway! We weren't particularly offered anything by way of compensation, even though I was quite distressed by the time we reached the B&B.

Also, despite it being a 'bed and breakfast' we were provided with a small breakfast in our room ONLY on the first day, being told that it was not provided on subsequent days. To me this seemed like a bit of a breach of advertising!

Despite this, overall we had a very pleasant stay, especially for the price.

The price was right, as far as we were concerned so was the location. A ten minute walk to the Colloseum. We stayed last Summer 2007 in the middle of an August heatwave. There were extensive renovations in progress to the outer shell of the building, but the inside of the BB was spotless. Clean room, a small but well functioning bathroom. Very secure. An adequate breakfast is served in the room. Local restaurants in the street outside and around are plentiful for evening meals. Close to the Terminii for the underground or taxi's to get around. Never any problems.

Bed and Breakfast was very friendly when we arrived, rooms are very clean, bright and weLcoming.

Their is a very handy little kItchen and table area where guests can have free tea and coffee.

we had a room With a jacuzzi Shower, at first I thought this looked very normal until I realised it has 5 shower heads that aIm straight at you, I then didnt want to get out !

The hotel is right where Ryan air drop you at the termini station, the coach from the airport is 14 euros for return, bargain!

The hotel is right next To the train station so the location is not brillaint, but after getting through their three main front doors and then into your room you feel very safe.

I did read another reveiw that stated she was cold in the night, I was glad I did read this as it did get cold, but there are extra blankets, but do take warm PJ'S !


I would go back here !!! perfect for a site seeing weekend !!
