Bed and Breakfast was very friendly when we arrived, rooms are very clean, bright and weLcoming.

Their is a very handy little kItchen and table area where guests can have free tea and coffee.

we had a room With a jacuzzi Shower, at first I thought this looked very normal until I realised it has 5 shower heads that aIm straight at you, I then didnt want to get out !

The hotel is right where Ryan air drop you at the termini station, the coach from the airport is 14 euros for return, bargain!

The hotel is right next To the train station so the location is not brillaint, but after getting through their three main front doors and then into your room you feel very safe.

I did read another reveiw that stated she was cold in the night, I was glad I did read this as it did get cold, but there are extra blankets, but do take warm PJ'S !


I would go back here !!! perfect for a site seeing weekend !!

My friend and I stayed here during a recent visit to Italy. The location is perfect for those who are backpacking and don't want to walk all over the city with all of your stuff. The hotel is under construction and a little sketchy from the outside, but the inside is absolutely perfect. The guy at the front desk was so helpful with directions and tips on avoiding muggings. The bathrooms are the best thing about this place. i would highly recommend it to anyone.

I almost feel bad writing this rewiew because the owners are nice.... but, I think we could have found a better place to stay in Rome.

Random Notes: The room was okay- the older comforter and curtains make the clean room look drab, but the bathroom is newly remodeled. Conversations at the front desk and in the hallway were so loud it was as if they were in our room, the "10 minute" walk to the coliseum is for speed walkers, and the construction on the building (inside and out) begins early in the morning which rules out sleeping in- but the scaffolding makes it easy to find the building!

Also, since it is a B&B, the staff is only there from 8-7ish... if you need anything between those hours, you're on your own.

Overall, it's an okay place to stay if your primary concern is finding a clean place close to the train station and you enjoy getting up and out early.

We have stayed in Rome before at other hotels and we wanted a more traditional B&B approach this time around. We were pleased indeed with the customer service and the overall feel once you get into this little establishment.

No joke if you were walking by on the street you woud not even know that this place exists. I will say do not be scared off by the the building that houses the B&B. You will spend so little time there it will not matter. The actual facility itself with your room will be just fine.

Don't expect the most modern of everything nor the full hot breakfast, however you will have all that you need and for the price can not be beat!
