We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Oct. Rate was €110 per night which is an ok price for Rome. The woman at "reception" had no english so we got by with the little Italian we had. We had booked a room with a bathroom and found that while we had a shower and sink in our room we had no toilet! The toilet was down the hall. This toilet also had a shower for other guests so sometimes you were waiting to use the toilet while someone was having a shower. I found this very irritating, they should have said that our room had no toilet in it in advance. The room was extremely spacious, with charming old furniture. However, the beds were really soft and old, quite uncomfortable really. We were woken up every morning by someone clattering dishes around at 7.30 in the morning in the kitchen.
We had a fan in the bathroom that growled and grumbled and made lots of noise when switched on.
Breakfast was included in the price altho on 2 occasions when we went to have breakfast all 3 tables were full so what could we do, we were hungry so we had breaksfast out every morning.
On the upside, it does have a great location right beside Via Nazionale, Republica, and 5 min walk to Termini station.
If you'r not fussy at all book it.
