he location was very good. However, the rooms desperately need decorating - doesn't look like it's been done since WW2. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, doors flakey and splitting, horse hair coming out of the base of the bed which was held together with sellotape. Booked en-suite but found only a shower and sink, the toilet was down the hall. The rooms were also advertised as having a mini-bar which 2 didn't, and we booked 3 rooms for 9 ladies between 60-70 years old to find the bathroom door wouldn't close in one of them.
After the manager claimed to be unable to give us a room with a toilet due to "plumbing problems" (we heard him say this to several other people)he eventually consented to give us 60 euros off the total price.
The breakfast was very bland and the coffee looked and tasted like mud.
Definitely not worth over £1,000 for 3 rooms/3 nights, without question the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and would beg anyone to give this place a wide berth.
