The chamber and facilities are absolutly not in line with their proposal in the website (photos diffrent from reality). The chamber was dirty (very bad cleanning and a lot of dust). The toilette was damage, the Wifi never worked and the noise in the evening was non stop (chamber near the reception).

We booked Hotel Soggiorno Blu then we were ushered to Hotel Blu. The room was tidy but noticed they dont change the bed linens every day. Good part, they change towels everyday. The room is a bit cold and the climate control isn't working. The place is really near Termini station and provides easy access. The building's elevator/s was/were broken from time to time so we have to use the stairs to reach the 5th floor. We got help on how to reach there from the airport and back on out departure day. I misunderstood the sign wifi as free while booking. When we were there we have to pay 5€ for 24 hr wifi use. The temperature of water in the bathroom is not consistent it can suddenly become so hot or so cold. Overall it's fair enough.

Room Tip: hope they can provide free wifi warmer room during the nights of winter hope the shower is not so ne...

One of the things that I could hate more from a business is dishonesty, and we were constantly ripped off in this hotel. When booking online we secured a place, and when arriving at the hotel the lady said that she had to recharge us 16% more on taxes not included in the price. Later she refused to give us receipt saying that her computer system broke on a sunday night, so there would not be internet. To our surprise, internet was present in the hotel, so when we went to ask for the password, the lady would say that now we will need to pay more for it.

Regarding the place, the only good thing is the location, pretty close to termini and good for an early train or connecting flight. Inside the rooms were filthy, the blankets had holes, and there was a loud air conditioning that could only be used with the window open (so, pretty much useless). The window faced a garbage can and the funny smells filtered into our room. In my short stay there I could only sleep two hours the whole night.

All in all, if you must stay in a hotel close to termini, there is plenty of other options in the neighborhood, many of them in the buildings next door from this place.

If you're just staying a night, this is would be bearable. Stayed for a night a couple of days back, and was told there was no aircon, in June.... The room window was facing a rubbish chute so I hesitated in opening it. It got stuffy and warm at night, felt like there was no ventilation. Hotel building was shared with 2 other hotels. There is a lift as well. It was walkable to all sites between the hotel and Vatican city. Took me just one whole day to visit most sites. All in all, if you're on a budget, and want a room near the station to catch early trains, got for it!

Me and my boyfriend had a really nice time at this hotel. It was great that it was so close to so many restaurants and also to the main train station. The staff was very friendly as well. We really liked our room as well and the price was reasonable. The only thing we didnt like was the 'included breakfast'. It was more like dessert. Just breads and pastries, but not ones that would normally be served for breakfast. No fruit or anything. besides that everthing was great!

Cramped with a microscopic bathroom, but clean and not uncomfortable. Affordable and they give you a chit to take to a nearby cafe to get a coffee and pastry for breakfast. The wifi cost extra and wasn't steady. It was extremely convenient to the Rome Train terminal and it wasn't horribly expensive unless you count the microscopic bathroom. Still, it was clean and we weren't there to indulge in luxury -- we were there to go venture forth into Rome and then sleep in a clean bed. Very basic.

Room Tip: If you want to be close to the train station and you don't care if the room is not gorgeous or l...
