We booked through trav.com.
1-st: -hard to find it (unless you check all bisnesses on that side of street where could be Ariana B&B, there is no sign).then you find out that Holywood hotel has a receptionist to check you in the Ariana B&B) and you still have feeling where I am and who they are. better book hotel or B&B with good reputaion than some with cheap price for a room.
2-nd:you have to pay in cash (it isn't the best). you get strange receipt and you are still worried if everything is fine ( I ask for stamp and signature, adn I saw receptionist was not so happy)
3-rd: they have few appartments or B&B, for breakfast you have to go to one of this (complicated)
4-th:when you check out, they thank you, wish you a nice trip home. When you arrive home you find out you have been charged them for some solid ammount (never was told about it while was there). Allways keep all you receipts!!! Then you have go through contacting you credit card and wonder why a travel agency give them you credit card number (they don't have right )
DO NOT BOOK ARIANA B&B OR BEATRICE OR WHATEVER THEY HAVE. The conditions are average.

We stayed at the Ariana B&B for one night. We arrived at the Hollywood Hotel 9:30am (far before check-in) and we were shown to our room almost immediately. We were also offered breakfast when we arrived. Staff was very friendly.

We had the first room on the right which was small, but had a double bed (not two beds pushed together) which was very comfortable. We had our own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean.

Breakfast was enough to get us started for the day: croissants, toast, zwieback, peach or pear juice, coffee or tea, butter, jam and nutella. Only disappointment: Coffee was not hot.

After we checked out we were able to leave our bags with them, which meant we didn´t have to carry extra baggage through Rome all day.

We would recommend Ariana B&B to anyone wanting to visit Rome for a few days.

Ariana B&B is an apartment on the top floor of a 5-storey building only 2-minutes walk away from the Termini station. The building has a working elevator, which is great under any circumstances and especially if you have heavy luggage. The apartment was converted into the B&B and includes 4 rooms, at least 1 of which has a private bathroom – this is the room we stayed in. We loved our room – great view, spacious and very bright. Yes, the double bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together and you could very well feel the crack in the middle. Yes, the hot water in the shower refused to stay on at all times, it kind of faded in and out. Yes, it did take a few reminders to get the air conditioner working in our room. But overall our experience here was great!

The location was a definite plus. Although Termini is known as one of the most dangerous train stations in Europe, we did not experience it first hand. On contrary we felt safe during out entire stay. Termini station is the transportation heart of the city and getting anywhere from here is very easy. Right across the street is the laundromat, which we used during our stay and which also has a few internet stations. You can access these for a very reasonable price. In fact, I think this is the cheapest internet café around.

The room service was good – the Romanian girl comes in every morning, washes the towels, changes the sheets and tidies up without fail.
The breakfast is very decent (packaged pastry, jam, milk, cereal, juice, tea/coffee) but having a fridge available to the guests is a huge benefit. Although the guests are not allowed to use the stove, there are plenty of foods in the nearby supermarket that could be purchased and refrigerated. We bought cheese, juice, milk, bread, yogurt and munchies for a few days we were staying there.

Important: Don’t try to check in at the B&B itself, you have to check in at Hotel Hollywood, which is only steps away. The concierge at Via Principe Amedeo, 85/A Scala D (which is where the B&B is located) will not help you figure it out and therefore there is no point talking to him – just head straight to the Hotel Hollywood, which is located on the same side of the street just a few buildings before the Ariana B&B.

Overall, Ariana B&B was just right for us: close to Termini station, with good view and comfortable room. Everything you need – grocery stores, restaurants, Laundromat, internet café are walking distance away and having this as a starting point for all of your sightseeing trips is simply perfect! We would definitely recommend this B&B, especially the double room with a private bathroom, which was large enough for us and quite comfortable. I believe staying in this converted apartment gave us a unique Rome experience as opposed to staying in any other hotel. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this B&B to anyone, who is looking for a bargain price in a top location.

Stayed 4 nights in a double (no ensuite bathroom but it was directly outside the room). Price was decent and location (2 blocks from Termini) was convenient. Housekeeping standard was very good - room made up every day, fresh towels, bathroom cleaned. Breakfast was poor. Fridge available for guests to use. Internet cafe and laundromat across the street. Lots of restaurants in the area. Overall, pretty fair budget accommodation.

I never see so bad B&B before. High price but small room with a very small bathroom(i.e. such as the toilet on a train). The airconditioner is not cold, and the person of the B&B is not friendly. The B&B totally different from their photo in website.
