My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Concordia for ten days in September. The room, though not huge, was scrupulously clean and pleasant. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, from lending us umbrellas when it rained to sorting a taxi and fixing a tariff before we took it back to the airport. The manager was a charming man, genial and always joking and ready with a map on our arrival which he marked up to help us. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and we felt really welcome. The breakfast comprised cereal, pastries, fruit juice, tea/coffee and a selection of soft cheeses, French toast and yoghurts which, though not the English, American or German sort of breakfast in terms of sausages or sliced meats etc, was a good start to our day. I would most certainly stay at this hotel again. Two streets from the Spanish Steps and just round the corner from McDonald's which for tea dragons like me was very welcome. Tea for one euro almost on the hotel's doorstop (not to mention the cake shop three doors down)! Thank you, Concordia for giving us a lovely stay.

We were in Rome for 4 nights and chose this hotel because of all the good reviews on tripadvisor. This hotel is located near the spanish steps, so a good location. Trevi fountain is also close by. The hotel has no breakfast and no roof terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but its nice and clean. Its free internet service i the lobby.

A tip for Rome is: Be careful were you eat, you can eat very good and very bad food
We went to restaurants which was recommended but it was either closed or shut down:(
We ate some very bad lasagna near the trevi fountain, it was cold and not good. We also ate at a place near the pantheon called: Di Rienzo, dont go here, very expensive, bad serivice and bad food, looks very good but its not.

Places you should eat: On the top of the spanish steps next to the nice winebar, very good food. We ate lovely grilled seabas here. And its a beautiful view of Rome. "Hosterio Romania" is also a very good place to eat.

Bring some good shoes in Rome because its a lot of walking.

Arrived by taxi and before getting out Stefano appeared to help with bags.Nothing too much trouble and rooms ready even though we arrived well before checking in time.Reviews had mentioned rooms on the small side but everything spotless and ideal for our 3 day visit.. Breakfast on the roof terrace no longer an option although the breakfast room downstairs is not the same I have no complaints.All members of staff very helpful and will be staying here again Ideal location for many restaurants with the bonus of a small wine bar opposite the hotel

We had stayed in London and Paris before arriving in Rome, and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The previous hotel rooms had been very small, very plain, and felt rather old, but this place felt different. It looked and felt very clean and modern on the inside and the room was much bigger than what we'd seen before. We did pay a little bit more for it, but I have to say that it was worth it. The staff was very warm and helpful and spoke wonderful English. The free breakfast was great, the location was very central to many attractions and it just always felt very pleasant coming back to our hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
