“Could get 6 stars if there weren't some serious problems”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013 via mobile

Fantastic room, got an upgrade, 90 € per night super clean...almost couldn't believe it and i wouldn't mind the poor breakfast or the stairs you really have to take if it wasn't for the
1. Water couldn't drain for the pipes in the bath and faucet. In the morning in the bathroom the ceiling was dripping probably from the bath upstairs! Asked to change room but they told me its fine. 506. First night we got here we went to the roof garden there was a faint smell of sewer that we didn't like. It was gone in the morning when we had breakfast but the faint smell was in our room in the bathroom. I can't say its that much of a deal but it bothered us a little bit. If it wasn't for these problems I would definitely come back so I guess it might just be our room or maybe a few rooms on our corner that have this problem and not all rooms.

Great location for access to transportation and the view from the roof is spectacular. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants. Rooms were modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, good choice of organic food. Wi-Fi was available for free in the room. Good value for money.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights! It has fab rooms!! They did not waste space with big lobbies and lifts that you see in a lot of hotels. They used the space wisely and gave it to the bedrooms which makes a lot more sense. How many hotels have we stayed in that have huge lobbies and small pokey rooms!! Plenty.. The breakfast room on the 8th floor has amazing views over the eternal city. Breakfast is comprehensive with a broad menu that is enchanting to say the least! You will be set up for a day of sightseeing after. All the staff were extremely friendly and had excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and a smile was always evident. Would I stay here again, if I was in Rome? Yes,Yes & Yes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for location, value for money, tastefully decorated rooms to rest in and first class staff.

My party and I stayed in this hotel during November, WOW, what a lovely, fresh and modern hotel it is..Yes, if you blink you will miss the entrance to the hotel so watch out for it. Once inside there is a very small reception area, with just one very small lift. The staff Alex, Francesco and Ilaria are friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them, infact they are the friendlist reception personel in Rome (stayed in a few hotels in the cc!). We were given deluxe rooms and we were very happy with them, enough space for two people as rooms can be very small in Rome, bathroom was spotless and the rain shower awesome, beds were very comfortable and huge.
breakast was great on the 8th floor terrace, everything was fresh and food was plentiful, had a choice of the usual continental plus bacon, eggs and sausages, fresh juice and fruit. Again staff very friendly and helpfull.
I would recommed this hotel if you are staying in Rome everything is vernearby, Termini, Via Cavour, Piazza Republica, Via Nazionale, Saint Mary of the Angels and Martyrs church, Saint Mary Major, most of the sites you can walk to.
Will definately stay here again when in Rome, if you have the money treat yourselves to a deluxe room as they are well worht the money..ohhh the internet worked fantastic and was foast too!

Room Tip: Rooms can be generally small all over Rome, so if you can afford it up grade to a deluxe in this hot...

Tis hotel is in an excellent location to the train station. The room was very modern .The beds very comfortable. However they were some issues in my opinion.........One thing that bothered me was that there was no mattress pad over the mattress...just a sheet!!!!The bathroom is very generic, towels were thin and scratchy. They have NO tissues at the hotel. We had to go to a local market to buy some.WI -FI never worked throughout our 3 night stay.Every day it was the same thing.... the tech is coming to work on it...I had read that this is a common problem at this hotel.Which makes one wonder...do they really have free WI-FI.All in all this place is ok for a few nights. Just beware it really isn't a 4 star property!Breakfast food quality was fair!

Unless you are very aware, you will miss the entrance to the hotel - when you see the Kebab shop you are close. I was very hot and tired when I arrived to find there was no bar. The mini was OK and not excessively costly.

There is 1 lift and as breakfast is on the 8th floor, it can be a slow trip. The buffet breakfast was fine, but the toaster takes forever. The breakfast room is on the top floor, giving a nice light ambience.

The room was very pleasant with all the amenities you would wish for.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station.

We had a couple of nights here and it was a pleasure. Clean, modern, spacious rooms with good breakfast buffet on the delightful roof terrace. Terrific location central to all and especially ideal for train station.

Definitely recommend.
