We stayed five nights in the Hotel Raffaello in June. It was an absolute pleasure from the time we were checked in by Angelo until our departure. We had been conned by a taxi driver out of €90 for a €10 fare and of course were upset upon arrival. But Angelo was fabulous and we stayed in the room with the balcony, which was a great size. We were there to get engaged and as I had mentioned that to Angelo, within ten minutes of getting into our room a bottle of champagne was delivered up to us. The staff are absolutely lovely and I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know travelling to Rome. We hated to leave. To all of the staff in Hotel Raffaello, thank you for your kindness.

We stayed at the hotel late may/ early june. We booked two rooms (One Twin & One Double). Both rooms were clean and well presented. The rooms had everything we needed. The hotel was excellent and have no complaints bar the beds being a little too firm.

Breakfast was excellent, with warm friendly staff. I would definately recommend a stay.

Stayed three night based on recommendation from Tripadvisor. Exactly as described: fabulous location, walking distance to all major sites and Termini train station. The best breakfast we had (and we stayed in Italy for 3 weeks). Clean rooms. Overall 10/10, highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a 15 minute walk from the termini to the hotel with luggage. Though early, we were given a room almost immediately by the friendly staff. The room was clean and roomy enough, but there are few extras. The hotel seems a little back alley, but safe enough, quiet, and very close to all attractions and the metro. Could not ask for more when considering the price.
